Dear Wendy,
We want to extend our deepest and thanks and appreciation for everything you provided for us on our wedding day on July 17, 2004. Both you and your husband Grant were extremely gracious in your support of our wedding and very professional in your approach to our needs. We found your advice, creativity and your prices reasonable.
The invitations designed for us added a personal touch to the first wedding memorabilia that our guests received. Grant’s advanced technical skills in graphic design allowed our photo to be transcribed into simple line sketch that still had enough depth to outline our feathers. Thank you for taking into consideration our financial limitations by discussing with us the options of lowering our costs through variations in our choices of paper style and quality.
Although all our friends gawked at the invitations in awe, it was actually the flowers that most impressed us. We chose to use permanent silk flowers rather than fresh and at first we were unsure about the quality of these so called “fake” flowers. But after seeing your samples and allowing us to touch and feel them, we were convinced that the naked eye and camera lens would not be able to distinguish fresh from fake. The petal of the roses for the corsage and boutonnieres even had tiny veins on them, just like the real ones! Your creativity was most evident when you used the stems of flowers to weave basket.
Lastly, it was not only your professionalism that impress us – with everything from the set up of the church decorations and delivery of the flowers and hairpins to the assembly of the invitations – but also your personal touch. Both you and Grant listened as we vented about our family problems, gave advice as we struggled through the planning process and even provided dinner on those nights of friendly banter. That is the key to your success - professional but personal. We are both indebt for all you’ve done. God has blessed us both with a wonderful friend like you.
Sincerely and in Christ,
Cindy and Bill
