Hourly Wedding Consultation

Whether you are just getting started or are well underway in your planning, this is a must have service. Often times, couples start wondering if they have made the best use of their valuable resources, second guess the decisions they have made or just need a little help with something specific. This service allows the couple to receive objective feedback and guidance in whatever area(s) they are concerned about in the planning process.

We can help with planning floral and décor, to creating a budget and resource allocation, to creating the wedding day itinerary and much more. This service will be customized to suit your needs. Once you determine the area(s) you need assistance with, we will provide our expertise. Our set fees are $150 for the first hour and $65 for each additional hour. Outfitting the Stylish Bride

This service is created so that brides will have a fun and stress free shopping experience. Once the bride gets engaged, one of the very first things she starts thinking about is purchasing her wedding gown. With thousands of wedding gowns to choose from, how do you know which one is the right one for you? Once you decide on the gown, then decisions need to be made about all the accessories – shoes, veil, necklace, earrings, bracelet, and hair accessories. All brides desire to look their very best on their wedding day and this service will help the bride feel absolutely confident in her appearance.

Our objective is to help the bride look gorgeous on her wedding day and stay within budget. We will arrange back to back appointments and hit the town!! Let us help save you endless hours of needless searching for your dream wedding gown. We can also help out fit the bridal party, the mothers, and the guys. Should you want to be treated like a queen, we can even arrange for a limousine and lunch as well.

Coordinating the Day of the Wedding

This service is for the couple who have done their own planning but want to have a certified professional take care of all the details on the wedding day. Thus leaving the couple, their families and friends to relax and enjoy the entire day.

We will visit your venue, finalize the details with your vendors, help create a wedding day itinerary, timelines for your vendors, attend the rehearsal, and take care of any last minute details. We will also provide an Emergency Kit and a certified wedding assistant for the day at no extra cost. A base fee of $680 covers an 8 hour day. Additional hours are available upon request. Planning your Wedding

If you needed medical advice, you would see a doctor. If you needed legal advice, you would consult a lawyer. So if you need wedding planning advice, you need a certified professional wedding planner!!

For today’s most busy couples, this service is geared to those who desire guidance in all aspects of planning their entire wedding. This package includes all the above services and much more. We can help negotiate contracts, monitor allocations in budget, plan and design a theme for your wedding, get you wholesale pricing on ordering of linens, chair covers, glassware and favours from our reputable suppliers and much more. Any discounts our preferred vendors provide will automatically be passed on to our couples. We do not accept kickbacks, finder’s fees or commissions. This is stated in our contract. We are here to advocate for your best interests because we are working for you. We take care of the legwork but you always make the final decisions.

For full service wedding planning that includes all the above described services (including hourly consultation, outfitting the stylish bride and wedding day coordination), fees start at $1500.
